On arrival at Srinagar airport. Our representative will meet you to pick you up and transfer to your hotel. Welcome to the Srinagar, the Lake City. Being your tour of 'Exotic Kashmir .After rest leave for sightseeing tour of Mughal Gardens visiting Cheshmashahi (the royal spring ),Nishat (the garden of pleasure ) ,Shalimar (the abode of love) ,Pari Mahal & Dargah Hazratbal Shrine & Jamia Masjid . After breakfast proceed to gulmarg .Gulmarg is also known as “Meadow Of Flowers “ & has a famous Golf course during summer (which is one if the highest 18-holes golf course in the world) & Ski Resort during winter . One can have a gondola (cable car) ride from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg(own cost) to have a real view in natural beauty of the summer and full snow view in winter. You can have a pony ride in the open fields to seven springs (own cost) and to a lake, which remains frozen until June.At evening, Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.

After breakfast proceed to pahalgam”VILLAGE OF SHEPHERDS “ enroute visiting the world famous Saffron growing fields , Awantipura ruins (9th century ) & Martand Temple (sun temple). Pahalgam is famous for indan film industry, some trekking routes & also base camp for Amarnath pilgrimage. One can go Aru, Chandanwari & Betab Valley (own cost) has a fine Meadows of Picturesque scenery & starting point of trekking of (Liddarwat , Kolahoi Glacier , Tarsar Lake). * Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of bookings and cancellation policy differs for each product or service. Cancellation of your request may require a minimum processing time, subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service booked & purchased.

There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which are non-utilized or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase.

You agree to bear the full cost of any booking, cancellation and administration fees for any products or services booked but not utilized for any reason. In some cases, Trip 2 Chase may charge cancellation or amendment fees in addition to those imposed by travel service providers.

‘Trip 2 Chase’ reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages or compensation. In such an event, Trip 2 Chase shall refund to you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.

For bookings and purchases, which has already been paid by you, when cancelled, refunds will be made (based on the refund policy, mentioned in terms and conditions, while making the booking or at the time of purchase). For air ticket, it may take between 30-45 working days and for the hotels it may take between 10-15 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. Refund policies may vary for every product and service.

Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It's purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, Some hotels may charge 100?ncellation.

Date of booking to 30 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 25% of the package cost.
30 to 15 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 50% of the package cost.
15 to 7 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 75% of the package cost.
Less than 7 days before checkin Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
No show Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
No refunds shall be given in case of any cancellations due to natural calamities.

You may place bookings for or may make purchases of products and services online at this site. * Payment Terms

1) Booking amount of 30% of Land Package + Full Flight amount to book tickets instantly and issue.

2) Remaining payments to be cleared 40 days prior to travel date.

3) If paying through credit card,then 2% charges are levied by the bank which has to be paid by the company.

* General conditions and remarks

Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation, and we would require 30% payment before cut of date, 50?fore 30 Days and balance before 10 Days prior to travel date
Ferry tickets will be booked only once advance payment is done and the same is subject to availability at the time of booking
Please share All guest names as per government documents with flight tickets at the time of booking confirmation advise.
In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of the package.
Covid reason such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within time frame subject to hotel/ ferry acceptance on the same, Price difference applicable based on season/ off season.
Rates may change if traveling dates are changed.
Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise.
Mostly hotels in Andamans follow an early Check in/ Check Out time (08:30am- 10:30am) policy, early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel’s discretion.
All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.
We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do not insist us for price breakup.
We recommend you share your detailed requirement such as selected hotels/ Meal Pan/ tentative budget/ add on services etc, changes greater than 3 times would attract a service charge on INR 1000/- per change, amount can be adjusted in booking upon confirmation.

2: Sightseeing Tours -There is a choice of seat in coach (SIC) sightseeing and private sightseeing tours. Seat in coach tours / transfers may have a waiting time at the airport / hotels. Seat in coach tours is as per the fixed timings and does not allow you to stop at any site of interest to you, which are not a part of the program, as seat in coach tours are fixed with a schedule. You have to make a choice according to your requirement and budget. Entrance fees at the monuments or places of interest are not included in the sightseeing tours unless and until specified.

3: Airlines -There is a choice to book low cost airlines and full service airline options. Low cost airlines do not have all the services on board in the flight, so kindly choose the airlines carefully and please read the terms & conditions/cancellation policy before making any purchase of the airline ticket. There are paper tickets/e-tickets that will be issued to you and both are valid to travel by the airlines. With e-tickets, there is a mandatory requirement of the original identity photo card for you to carry and show at the check-in counter of the airport. ‘Trip 2 Chase’ is only an intermediary party and hence takes no responsibility in case of any delay, change in route or cancellation of the flight due to any reasons.

4: Holidays -Kindly read the terms & conditions with the inclusions, package itinerary and other details before making any purchase of the holiday packages. 5: Car Rental (Self Drive Or Chauffeur Drive) -Please read the terms & conditions before making any purchase of this service. ‘Trip 2 Chase’ takes no responsibility in case of any breakdown of the car or the quality of the car is not up to the level and delays due to bad traffic conditions, any penalty due to speed by the driver or by yourself, etc.

6: Travel Insurance -Trip 2 Chase strongly recommends insurance cover and safety for all the traveler/s travelling domestically or outside the country. Traveler/s can purchase the travel insurance on the website. Please read the terms and conditions given by the insurance provider before issuing the same. ‘Trip 2 Chase’ takes no responsibility and liability on the claims and disputes whatsoever as mentioned by the insurance provider.

Delivery of Products and Services
1: Hotels -When a hotel booking is made and purchased on the website, it gives an instant confirmation after the payment is made complete and you will receive the hotel confirmation voucher in your mentioned e-mail ID. Voucher gives details about the hotel address, telephone number, hotel confirmation number, meal plan, payment details, supplier details, other relevant, important information etc. Voucher is to be given to the hotel at the check-in counter.

2: Sightseeing Tours -When a sightseeing tour is booked and purchased online, an instant confirmation voucher is issued and you will receive the same in your mentioned e-mail ID after the payment is made complete. Voucher gives details about the pick-up time, pick-up point, the date of the sightseeing tour, supplier details, payment details, other relevant, important information etc. There is a choice of seat in coach (SIC) sightseeing and private sightseeing tours. Seat in coach tours/transfers may have waiting time at the airport/hotels.

3: Airlines E-Tickets -An e-ticket is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of paper tickets. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number printout at the airline check-in counter to get the boarding pass. How to receive an e-ticket?After the complete payment is made online via credit/debit or any other payment card, your e-ticket details will be mailed to you at your email address mentioned at the time of making the purchase. In case if you don't have an email address, the details will be given to you over the phone or you can come to pick up your e-ticket from our office or directly from the airline’s counter at the airport by giving them the unique confirmation number – PNR

4: Paper Tickets -Some of the airlines are still issuing paper tickets. You will receive the booking confirmation number immediately after you have made full payment online. All the paper tickets will be dispatched to the delivery address mentioned at the time of making the purchase. It takes 3 working days to receive the paper ticket at your address from the day of making the purchase. Trip 2 Chase would not be responsible in case if the customer is not present at the address at the time of delivery.

5: Holidays -Holiday packages take minimum 24 hours in getting the confirmation, once the payment is made online on the website, our customer care team will get in touch with you and will mail you the confirmation vouchers along with the day to day program at the e-mail address mentioned by you at the time of making the purchase or in case if there is no e-mail ID, vouchers will be delivered at your address within 3 working days at no additional cost. Trip 2 Chase would not be responsible in case if the customer is not present at the address at the time of delivery.

6: Rail And Cruises -When a rail or cruise booking is made and purchased on the website, it gives an instant confirmation after the payment is made complete and you will receive the rail confirmation ticket or cruise voucher in your e-mail ID mentioned at the time of making the purchase. If you don't have an e-mail ID, you can call our customer care team and can get the same collected from our office or it can also be delivered at your doorstep at an additional cost.

7: Car Rental (Self Drive Or Chauffeur Drive) -It takes minimum 4-5 hours for the car rental confirmation. Once the payment is made online, our customer care team will get in touch with you and give you the confirmation details over the phone and will also email you the confirmation voucher.

8: Travel Insurance -Travel insurance policy will be issued and mailed to you instantly at an e-mail ID given at the time of making the purchase. In case if you don't have an e-mail ID, you can get the details from our customer care team and the same can be collected from our office or can be delivered at your doorstep at an additional cost.
- Trip 2 Chase shall not be liable for deficiency, defect or delay in the delivery of products and services, caused by events of Force Majeure.
- "Event of Force Majeure" means an event beyond the control of the Authority and the Operator, which prevents a Party from complying with any of its obligations under this Contract, including but not limited to:
  1.1.1 act of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods);
  1.1.2 war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies, mobilisation, requisition, or embargo;
  1.1.3 rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military or usurped power, or civil war;
  1.1.4 contamination by radio-activity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radio-active toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly;
  1.1.5 riot, commotion, strikes, go slows, lock outs or disorder; or
  1.1.6 acts or threats of terrorism.
