Info DAY 1 : New Jalpaiguri Railway Station(NJP)/Bagdogra Airport(IXB) – Gangtok (130 km/4 hour drive)

North East India welcomes you with open arms. On the first day of this amazing Gangtok Pelling Darjeeling tour, you will arrive at new Jalpaiguri railway station or Bagdogra airport and head straight to Gangtok. Perched at a height of 1437 meters, this town is a traveller’s paradise. On arrival, check-in at the hotel room and relax. The rest of the day will be at leisure. We suggest you to explore the nearby areas. Gangtok is abundant when it comes to marketplaces and eateries. Info DAY 2 : Gangtok (Tsomgo Lake Excursion and Baba Mandir)

tart the day early with a healthy breakfast and head out for some more sightseeing today. Tsomgo Lake Visit the Tsomgo Lake that is rested on an elevation of 12,400 feet above sea level. Owing to the temple built alongside the shore, it is considered to be sacred among the locals. The lake surface also reflects different colours with a change in the seasons. Baba Harbhajan Mandir The Baba Harbhajan Mandir which is perched at a height of 13,200 feet is a shrine of an Indian soldier who is alleged to be serving the nation even after his death. The national anthem is played here in every half an hour and it is mandatory to visit this memorial for every Indian Army personnel. Optional Tour to Nathula Pass / Additional Charges / Special Permit TIt is close to Nathula post of Indian-China border and an optional tour to the Nathula Pass can also be arranged for. **If you wish, a tour to Nathula Pass can also be arranged at an extra cost (4000/-). Samdruptse Statue The Samdruptse Statue is set on a hill at a height of 7000 feet and a giant statue of Sikkim’s patron Saint Guru Padmasambhava is erected here. Tiger Hill Start your day early as today you will drive to the Tiger Hill at 4 a.m. After reaching at a height of 2590 meters, you will witness the most spectacular sunrise and the sun’s rays will fill the dark sky and levitate over the third highest peak in the world, Mt. Kanchenjunga. Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop As you make your way back down, make a quick visit to the Ghoom Monastery and enjoy the scenic views of the Batasia Loop. The unparalleled natural beauty amidst which the monastery is nestled is a wonderful sight to behold. The Batasia Loop is unarguably one of the most picturesque train routes in all of Darjeeling. have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on a direct payment basis, this cost is
