Terms & Conditions:
1. Hotels, Flights & Trains are subject to availability at the time of booking. Any cost arising due to natural climate like, snowfall,landslides, road blockage, and political disturbances (strikes), govt. policies, etc. to be borne by client, which is directly payable on the spot, we will not bear any such cost.
2. Early check in to hotel isbased on availability of room in hotel, otherwise check in & check out will be as per hotel policy.
3. Due to weather condition if volvo is not able to reach the bus stand, then client have to reach Shimla/Manali/Kullu bus stand by own. Our pick up will be from Shimla/Manali/Kullu bus stand. 3. If due to weather condition sightseeing of any place is not possible then there will be no refund of any amount.
4. Room heater is not included in the package, if client need it then will be available in direct payment basis in hotel based on availability.
5. Please reach Delhi/Chandigarh till 11:30 PM otherwise night charges applicable and to be paid by client themselves on direct payment basis to the cab.
6. Travel Insurance is not mentioned in the package. If any thing happened in any case we won't be responsible and no any claim will be entertain.
7. Hotel Kitchen (dinner) is open till 10:30 PM, if you will reach late in hotel or late check-in to hotel dinner will not serve after 10:30 PM in that time you can talk directly to the hotel they will keep your dinner in your room.
PREPONE AND POSTPONE:
1) If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 15 days in advance via mail.
2) We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ pre-pone once (In case you inform 15 days advance through mail). However after the first time additional charges will be levied.
3) Within 15 to 7 days to your journey any pre-pone/postpone case company will charge 25% of the total package cost.
4) Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time. (Do intimate us 15 days prior to your journey)
5) We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will intimated to you beforehand.
6) Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1) 25% of the total package cost within 45 to 30 days from date of departure
2) 50% of the total package cost within 29 to 15 days from date of departure
3) 75% of the total package cost within 14 to 7 days from date of departures
4) 100% of the total package cost within 6 to 0 day from date of departure
5) 20% of the total package cost + bank charges will be
deducted if you have cancel your tour 45 days prior or you can take credit note for 6 months. (within one
year you have to complete your journey, if there any changes in price you have to pay the difference)
6) On trip no partial cancellations are allowed/entertained. No refund or credit will be given if there any partial cancellation during tour.
7) There shall be no any kind of refund if you cancel your tour partially.
8) If there is any lockdown due to Covid-19 then there will be credit note for 6 months will be given to the customers.
Please note: Some hotels have their own credit note policy, then it will be as per hotels
policy.
NOTE:- 1) Hotels are subject to availability at time of reservation.
2) If the base category room will be not available then supplement cost will be applicable for upper category rooms.
3) Rates are subject to change, without any prior notice.
4) Cancellation & other policies as per the hotel/company rule.
5) No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or land slide or any destination and which is beyond the control of the agent/hotel.
6) Entrance fees at any point shall be paid by customer directly.
7) Above policy may vary during peak season and any changes will be communicated prior to confirmation.
8) No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
IMPORTANT NOTE
1) Check in time in hotel is 12:00 NOON & Check out time of the hotel is10:00 AM. (Early check in & Late checkout is subject to availability and hotel might charge you extra for it).
2) ID-It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Hotels, Flights & Trains are subject to availability at the time of booking.
