Day 1 : PICK UP BAGDOGRA TO PHUENTSHOLING (161 KM-4hrs) Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, proceed to Jaigaon, where you'll be met and greeted. From there, transfer to Phuentsholing, Bhutan's gateway city accessible by road from India. Phuentsholing is a bustling commercial hub situated at the northern edge of the Indian plains. On arrival, check in to your hotel. In the evening, take a leisurely walk around Zangtopelri Lhakhang, situated in the heart of the city. Overnight stay at your hotel in Phuentsholing.
Day 2 : PHUENTSHOLING TO THIMPHU (172 KM-5/6hrs) After breakfast, go through immigration procedures and head to Thimphu (7,710 ft.), the capital of Bhutan. According to legend, Guru Rinpoche, the revered spiritual master, is believed to have flown to this site on the back of a tigress and meditated in a cave where the monastery now resides. With its breathtaking location, approximately 900 meters above Paro Valley, the journey offers unparalleled views and a profound spiritual experience. Overnight stay in Paro.
Day 7 : PARO TO PHUENTSHOLING (142km-5hrs) This morning, after a hearty breakfast, we will embark on a scenic drive back to Phuentsholing.
