• The above-mentioned rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• The above hotel package rates are only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings, which are subject to availability once the Booking is confirmed by you and payment made for same. However, if we are not able to get the packages of the original hotels, as Offered, shall provide equivalent alternate hotel packages.

• The check in time is 12 noon/early check in subject to availability of room.

• If there is any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither My Unique Travel nor the participating partners/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.

• Do not consume alcohol or any other intoxicants during the tour..

• My Unique Travel  is not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc...

• Basic first Aid Kit. It’s advised that one should bring his/her own medicines which are known and suitable to him.

• No Heaters will be provided at Hotel/Camps in tour

• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in

• The inclusion of extra bed with the booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.

• Cancellation within 70 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 20% retention (Total package cost)

• Cancellation within 50 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / HotelBooking / Transportation: 30% retention (Total package cost)

• Cancellation within 30 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 40% retention (Total package cost)

• Cancellation within 15 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 50 % retention (Total package cost)

• Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking / Transportation or Non-Utilization of the same: No Retention (Total package cost)

• Cancellation of Air Fare will be Rs.2000 Per seat.

• Cancellation of Train tickets will be 60% on total ticket fare.

• There will be no Refund for Volvo / Bus Tickets

• Apart from Cancellation amount, 10% of the total amount will be charged extra as files charges if any guest cancels their trip before the cancellation period.

1) 30% of the total land package amount to secure the booking.

2) Rest of the 70% will be divided in installments which you pay afterwards on mutually agreed dates.

3) 100% of the trip payment must be deposited at most 1 week prior to the starting date. All the bookings are done on a 100?vance payment basis to hotels and transporters both. If you fail to deposit the total amount before 1 week of the starting date, your bookings might get released.

4) Flight charges (if any) must be deposited in the first installment along with the 30% land package amount.

• Tour Itinerary is suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.

• Check-in and Checkout Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels.

• Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.

• Company is not responsible, nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour.

• Dollar rates are applicable only to foreign nationals & Indians possessing foreign passports, while the INR package rates will be applicable to Indian nationals.

• All the disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.

• Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.

• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.

• We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal properties at all times are at the client's risk. Our transport is certainly Insured as per Indian Motor Vehicles Act and claims, if any, will be made as per the rules of the Insurance Companies in Indian Rupees.

• In Hill Destinations Room Heater are charged an extra basis.

• Itinerary will not be changed once your tour will start, if you want us to make any changes in the Itinerary then you have to intimate us before 10 days of your journey.

• The trips are subject to delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or bus cancelled due to unavoidable reason. Under such circumstances My Unique Travel will make alternate arrangements of travel for breakdown or for cancelled Bus as soon as possible which may be different form the committed vehicle or committed Bus.

• We are not liable to pay any compensation due to technical failure in vehicle or due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

• All itineraries are samples, intended to give you general idea of the trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, physical ability of participants etc. may dictate changes either before the tour or while on the trail. My Unique Travel reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants, safety, comfort and general well being.

• In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotel mentioned, we shell provide alternative hotels of similar category
