Note in Case heavy snow falls and any road block, if these sightseeing vehicles would be unable to provide pick up & drop and sightseeing, then 4X4 vehicle will be use which cost is not included in this package and 4X4 vehicle cost will be payable by the guest directly to the vehicle’s driver.

On confirmation: 50% (advance) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation
Service Voucher: (Rest Due payment) on arrival at destination only in Domestic packages.
Full amount need to be paid of any train, flight bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY: -

25?ncellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
30?ncellation of the package cost before 30 days of the traveling date.
70?ncellation of the package cost before 15 days of the traveling date.
100?ncellations before 07 days of the travel date.
Any train and flight ticket cancellation will be applicable as per Indian railway / airline rules and refund/adjustment can be given only after receiving the refund from the train or airline company.

AMENDMENT:-

Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.
