* Cancellation policy

1) 25% of the total package cost within 45 to 30 day from date of departure
2) 50%of the total package cost within 29 to15 days from date of departure
3) 75% of the total package cost within 14 to7 days from date of departures
4) 100% of the total package cost within 6 to 0 day from date of departure
5) 20% of the total package cost+bank charges will be
deducted if you have cancel your tour 45days prior or you can take credit note for 6months.

* Terms & Conditions

1) The duty hours for drivers are from 8.00 AM to 8 PM. (as per the regulation set by the
driver associations in Kerala). These timings are not applicable for arrivals/pick up.
2) Any complaints/issues related to the driver to be intimated to our representative promptly
during the service itself so that we can take necessary actions to yield a better service.
3) In the event of circumstances/situations such as road blockage due to strike/agitation,
road construction, natural calamities, sickness evacuation, delay/cancellation of train/flight
etc. Also, due to monsoon rains and extreme weather patterns journey time can vary
enormously at all times of year, which is beyond our control and additional expenses incurred
due to these reasons must be borne by the tour operator or by the client.
4) Vomiting inside the vehicle are subjected to additional cleaning charges payable at nearby
service stations directly by the passenger.
5) Usage of AC during idle condition (when vehicle not running) is restricted.
6) Consumption of alcohol/smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.
7) Vehicles cannot be used for any kind off-road services.
8) Please make sure that everyone is entirely dry and sand free before utilising the vehicle in
the event while getting wet at locations like beaches or waterfalls as this would damage the
vehicle seats and flooring.
9) Kitchen Groups: Please note that we do not permit kitchen items & gas cylinders in our
vehicles. Thus, separate vehicle needed to be arranged for such items in case of group along
with kitchen.
