- A minimum of 50?vance payment is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 10 days prior to the departure date.

- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 90% refund.
- Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Cancellation within 14 days or no-show: No refund.

3. Inclusions:
- Accommodation in 3-star or similar hotels (double occupancy).
- Daily breakfast and dinner at the hotel.
- Private AC vehicle for all transfers, including airport pick-up and drop-off.
- Sightseeing tours of North Goa and South Goa as per itinerary.

4. Exclusions:
- Airfare or train tickets to and from Goa.
- Entry fees to monuments, parks, museums, or any attractions.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, tips, or phone calls.
- Optional water sports or adventure activities.
- Travel insurance (highly recommended).

5. Accommodation Policy:
- Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case the specified hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.
