Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1

Hotel Day 1: Arrival at New Jalpaiguri Station – Kurseong Sightseeing – Darjeeling

Pickup from New Jalpaiguri Station. Half-day sightseeing en route via Kurseong, visiting key attractions like tea estates and the serene Kurseong Monastery. Arrive at Tamu Dhi Homestay in Darjeeling, check-in, and relax. Dinner at the homestay (MAP plan).

Activity Day 2: Full-Day Darjeeling Sightseeing

Breakfast at the homestay. Start early with a visit to Tiger Hill for the sunrise view over Mt. Kanchenjunga. Visit Ghum Monastery, Batasia Loop, and Ghum Railway Station. Explore Darjeeling Zoo, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, and the Japanese Peace Pagoda. Stroll through Chowrasta Mall for local shopping and cafés. Return to the homestay for dinner.

Given quote is valid for minimum paying persons only as mentioned in the itinerary.

In Darjeeling Sikkim Rooms are Non A/c Rooms as the Destinations are Hill Stations.

Most of the destination there are no classified Star Hotels and the hotels we provide will be with Similar facility Hotels.

Vehicles would be Non A.C in the hills as it is difficult to climb uphill roads.

For delay in train/flight/bus timings Rs, 200/ extra would be applicable Per Hour

Confirmations of hotels are subject to availability. Extra Bed @ hotel will be (Bed Roll / Mattress)

Slight alterations in the accommodation may become unavoidable due to unavailability of rooms in mentioned hotels,but the accommodation so provided will be of the same class.

Check in time 1400 Hrs and Check out time 1200 Hrs for all Hotels.

No refund will be for unused services.

Foreigners are not allowed to visit Restricted areas in Sikkim like Baba Mandir,Nathua Pass, Zero Point, Gurudongmer Lake.

Normal running time of vehicle is 7am to 6pm, subject to weather conditions.

Incase of land slide or any other reason Tsangoo Lake is closed, we shall provide you alternate sight seeing.

If any point is closed at the time of travel there will be no reduction in the cost for the same.

PERMISSION IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILS.

Disposable plastic waterbottles are banned in Sikkim. Guests are advised to carry their own water bottles. All the hotels will happily refill it.

We are not allowed to pick up the guests from the Bagdogra airport exit gate.Vehicle will wait at the parking lot. Guests will have to walk upto the parking lot.Porters can be hired directly to carry the luggages.

Booking Policy

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to secure your booking. This must be paid at the time of booking.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the departure date. If the balance is not received by this time, Bong Traveler reserves the right to cancel the booking without refunding the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

15-30 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.

Less Than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided.

Special Requests:Any special requests (dietary requirements, room preferences, etc.) should be communicated at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee fulfillment.
