DAY TRIP TO  SONMARG   Post breakfast, venture towards Sonmarg which is located about 62 kilometers from Ganderbal Town and 80 kilometres (50 mi) northeast of the capital city, Srinagar renowned for its breathtaking landscapes, stunning natural beauty and picturesque meadows. Moreover, the place also serves as the gateway to several hiking trails such as the Amarnath Cave and Thajiwas Glacier.        

 DAY TRIP TO DODHPATHRI The name "Doodhpathri" means "Valley of Milk." It is said that the famous poet and saint of Kashmir, "Sheikh-Ul-Aalam" Sheikh- Noor-Ud-Din Noorani, has prayed here, and once, when he was in search of water in the meadows to offer prayers, he pricked the ground with his stick to search for water, and milk came out. He told the milk that it could only be used for drinking and not for ablution. Hearing this, milk at once changed its state to water, and the meadow got its name "Doodhpathri".[5] The water that is currently flowing through the meadows has a milky appearance from a distance and remains very cold throughout the year. The lush green grasses over the vast meadows and silver-shining streams running over the large stones further increase its beauty. Doodhpathri is a sloping grassy landscape with a diversity of multicolored flowers up to Chang. The famous Tosamaidan lies to the west of Doodhpathri.

The Shankaracharya Temple or Jyeshteshwara Temple is a Hindu temple situated on top of the Shankaracharya Hill on the Zabarwan Range in Srinagar in the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It is dedicated to the Hindu god, Shiva. The temple is at a height of 1,000 feet (300 m) above the valley floor and overlooks the city of Srinagar. On festivals such as Herath, as Maha Shivaratri is known as in the region, the temple is visited by Kashmiri Hindus. The temple and adjacent land is a Monument of National Importance, centrally protected under the Archaeological Survey of India.Dharmarth Trust has managed the temple since the 19th century, along with others in the region.[4] Karan Singh is the sole chairperson trustee. Pahalgam (Approx. 110 Kms) After breakfast, depart from Srinagar to Pahalgam, nestled at 2440 meters in the Vale of Kashmir. En route, explore the saffron fields and Avantipur ruins, housing an ancient temple dating back eleven centuries. Reach Pahalgam by lunchtime, known as the Indian Film Industry’s favorite location. Spend the rest of the day embracing nature’s charm. Overnight stay at a hotel in Pahalgam.
