Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1

Info Day 1: ARRIVE PORTBLAIR – SAME DAY TO HAVELOCK

Arrival at Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight and our representative will be waiting outside holding a placard with your name on it. Later we depart to Andaman Islands most amazing destination, Havelock Island. The destination is rated as the best island in India. Depart from Port Blair to Havelock Island in a ferry. Upon reaching Havelock, our representative will attend you and will drop you at your hotel. Rest and Relax in a beachside resort. Later we begin our journey to one among Asia's best beach, Radhanagar Beach. Explore this white sand beach and bask in the beauty of this natural wonder. Post this we drop you back to your resort where you relax and unwind. Overnight stay at respective Hotel/Resort at Havelock Island. Note:- Carry extra clothes in case if you want to get down in water @ Radhanagar Beach.

Info Day 02: HAVELOCK – ELEPHANT BEACH BY BOAT

After Breakfast, proceed to Elephant Beach by boat .The travel time is around 45 minutes to reach Elephant Beach. You get complementary Snorkelling. This beach has one of the best coral reefs in the world & the underwater marine life is very lively & colorful. Please do not forget to take snacks for the trip and lots of drinking water & changing dress for the day trip or advised. After the completion of the coral island tour, return back to resort in Havelock Island.

Info Day 03: HAVELOCK - KALAPATHAR TRIP TO NEIL ISLAND

After breakfast checkout and proceed to Kala Pathar beach by road. Later catch the ferry for Neil Island. Upon reaching the Island our representative will take you to respective resort. Rest and then proceed for Laxmanpur beach, lies 2 km north of Neil jetty. Stay to view the mesmerizing sunset.

After Breakfast, visit Bharatpur Beach which is famous for water activities. One can do a glass-bottom ride to see the beautiful marine life through the glass-bottom boat. Later visit Natural Coral Bride. Catch the ferry to Port Blair. Overnight in Port Blair.

If photography is cancelled due to weather then No Refund will be provided.
Hotel will be provided from the above list however if none of the hotel is available on the given date then a similar alternative option will be provided.
Costing has been taken on the base category of the room, any up gradation in the room or Hotel category due to non-availability will incurred additional cost which has to be borne by the guest.
All water activities are subject to weather conditions. Complementary items are free of cost if not done due to any reason then no refund will be provided.
Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restriction. However, Mytourguru will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to the non-sailing of ferry and will be governed by our cancellation policy. The itinerary flow is subject to change.
In case due to any operational reasons or due to bad weather condition, if Private Ferry is not operating will provide inland transfer in Govt Ferry.
Cancellation charges as per company policy.
In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.
Ferry / Cruise Operations are purely subjected to Govt. Clearance.

All the hotels at Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Island have early check out 0800hrs. Guests having late afternoon flights may book additional tour accordingly.
Our Executive may change your itinerary depending on the weather condition and availability of ferry and same will be updated to you daily basis.

* CANCELATION POLICY

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases ,we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
100?ncelation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of last minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.

In case of Lockdown in Andaman due to Covid, will provide a credit note which a traveller can redeem within 1 year from the date of issuance of Credit Note. In such scenario revised package will be provided as per the current applicable season and off-season rate. Do check the final cost with the reservation team.

* PAYMENT POLICY

For the land arrangements, we would need 50% of the total package cost as token amount which you can pay in the given below account OR through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card (2.5% Gateway charges extra).
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times.
Remaining amount i.e. 50% of the total package cost needs to be paid day on arrival in Port Blair via Net Banking or cash.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 15 Days to travel 100% of the total package cost will be required.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days after the booking date.

* Point to be noted while Travelling to Andaman

In Andaman mobile networks are BSNL, AIRTEL & VODAFONE and no other networks are supported.
All foreign nationals and Indians staying abroad holding passport of different countries (PIO/OCI) needs to register themselves on arrival on Port Blair Airport (Emigration) which should have valid India visa or obtain RAP - Restricted Area Permit, which is valid for 30 days of stay in Andaman’s.
Our executive will hold the placard outside the airport exit gate.
