The Tour:The reindeer and the Sami have been living and working on this land for centuries and they have only recently invited guests to be part of their daily life. You will visit their camp and have a chance to feed the herd of around 300 wild reindeer who will swarm all around and some will even eat from your hands. You will also enjoy a 15-20 minute sleigh ride pulled by the reindeer. You will then be invited for hot drinks around the fire inside a warm candle lit gamme (Traditional Sami Hut) where a relaxed three course meal will be served, including bidos cooked over the open fire (a traditional Sami stew). After dinner you will be invited into a lavvu (Sami tent) and gather round the fire to listen to stories about Sami culture and how it is to be a reindeer herder. The Sami guide will also perform a joik (traditional Sami song) for the guests. If you are lucky and the sky is clear you will have a chance to see the northern lights above the reindeer camp. The Tour:Porvoo is the second oldest city in Finland that locates approximately 50 km away from Helsinki city centre, which is a great option for a daytour from Helsinki! The Porvoo Old Town and the Porvoonjoki River Valley are recognised as historically and culturally significant as one of the National Landscape of Finland. Porvoo Old Town is a popular tourist destination, known for its well-preserved 18th & 19th century buildings. The Porvoo Cathedral constructed in the 15th century is also the must-not-miss spot. You will have slow walk on the street of Porvoo Old Town, hear the facts, stories, and interesting things about Porvoo from your guide, and experience its medieval atmosphere. After the guided tour, you will have some free own time to explore more about this town. You may visit some lovely cafes or shops that you just pass by, take some more pictures, and have your own light adventure in Porvoo! The Tour:After hotel pick-up, we go for the cruise across the Gulf of Finland to Estonia by comfortable ferry. You will reach Tallinn around 11:15. You will be greeted by our Guide and a 3 hour guide tour starts from the harbour. During the tour, you will see the main city square and the Tallinn Town Hall, Aleksander Nevsky Cathedral, Toompea Castle, etc. Tallinn retains its walled, cobble stoned Old Town, home to cafes and shops, as well as Kiek in de Kök, a 15th-century defensive tower.
