Dotted with Apple Orchards, oaks and deodars, Auli is a popular hill town with numerous ski resorts situated amidst the Himalayan Range. Located at 2800 meters above sea levels, it is home to mountain ranges of Nanda Devi, Mana Parvat and Kamat. Many religious destinations are also scattered around Auli. It is believed that Shankaracharya had blessed Auli with his visit. Today we will visit Auli artificial Lake, Hanuman Temple, you can also enjoy Skiing in Auli, Himalayan Range View point and then back to hotel take dinner and overnight stay in Auli hotel.

A manifestation of Goddess Kali, Dhari Devi is reckoned to be the protector of the Char Dhams. Since a long time now this temple has been a centre of faith for the people of Garhwal. According to the legend, Dhari Devi is the guardian deity of Uttarakhand, whose idol was removed from her temple on 16th June 2013 by priests and locals, just a few hours before the cloudburst.
