Airfare.

Personal Expenses like Telephone, Fax, Internet, Laundry, etc. Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, room service, insurance, wine, boating charge Guide / Entrance fees, porters, palanquins or Ponies. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot). Any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to increase in surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions. Chained vehicle from tangmarg to gulmarg in case our cabs are not allowed due to snow.

 Cancellation Policy   

The Names Mentioned in the only indication that our rates are based only on these Hotels mentioned therein, Do not consider this as confirmation, since none of the hotels have been booked, Hotels will be booked only once we receive your confirmation .if at the time of operation the hotels are not available or sold out, in that case, we will book similar or the next best alternative available. In accordance, we will advise you of the supplements or rebates if any.

The following will be charged on cancellation of a tour:-

If canceled before 30 days & more from your trip start 0 % of the total cost

If canceled between 15 – 29 days from your trip start 50% of the total cost

If canceled between 14 days from your trip start or less & no-show 100 % of the total cost 

Other Information           

Hotels quoted are subjected to availability, in case non-availability similar category Hotels shall be offered prior to booking

In Houseboats stay: During cold waves in parts of Jammu Kashmir, houseboats face immense hardships in terms of water supply and irregular electricity therefore alternatively the water supply in washroom areas might be provided in buckets.

In Gulmarg: During heavy snowfall, there will be a change of vehicle in Tangmarg which is about 14 kms before Gulmarg. Snow Jeeps or chained vehicles will be used from there up to Gulmarg and back for which the clients have to pay an additional amount of INR: 2000/- for return trip.

In Pahalgam: Sightseeing of Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, and Aru Valley are not included in our packages and can be done via union cabs on direct payment.

Sightseeing to Baisaran valley via ponies are not included and can be done on direct payment basis ( highly bargainable)

It is not mandatory for guests to take ponies in Gulmarg & Pahalgam to visit all the important tourist spots, all the major tourist attraction points are in close proximity so you can walk it down. However, if still you wish to take a pony ride / sledging / rafting etc the rates are highly negotiable. Please bargain to your max.

In Sonmarg: The vehicle is allowed to drop at main Sonamarg and from there onwards one has to walk up to Thajiwas or one can go by ponies on direct payment.sometimes authorities doesnt allow vehicle if there is heavy snowfall we are not responsible of that.

Postpaid connection with roaming facility works in J&K

For Shopping :- Dry Fruits / Rajma / Basmati Rice / Handicraft / Woolens / Carpets/ Saffron / Cricket Bats Srinagar :- Lal Chowk / Boulevard       

For Kashmiri Wazwan Food :- Aadhoos at Lal Chowk Srinagar is the best place and Mutton Kebab at Gee Enn Bakers - Residency Road.

For Vegetarian Food in Srinagar :- Krishna Dhaba is the best place.
