We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard in case of nonavailability & price increase. 4) As a practice, all international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of checkin for each room. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon checkout. Debit cards should not be offered as they will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks. Grant of the visa is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy / high commission. Mark Your Trip has no role in the grant of any visa. We only facilitate the visa Documentation on a best effort basis, as per the requirements. Any history of Visa Refusal / Rejection must be informed to Mark Your Trip & its visa team. We don’t process visas without confirmed bookings thus in case of visa refusal cancellation charges are still applicable on the Package. Payment terms:- 1) Minimum Booking Confirmation charges are 10 thousand INR Per person. Within two Days Full payments towards Air tickets is to be made 2) Trains total amount is to paid immediate after visa appointment and remaining amount is to be paid immediate after visa approval. 3) For Non-Refundable & time limit bookings 100 % payment is required to confirm the booking. 4) For the Maldives mostly resorts are non-refundable 100 % payment is required to confirm the booking. 5) For Air tickets being issued / Blocked on a time limit: Full payment will be collected before issuance, else the price will be subject to change. 6) Full payment must be made in accordance with the procedure stated above. In case of non-compliance there by the client, the Company reserves a right to cancel the tour/booking of the client with subsequent loss of deposit applies and recover the cancellation charges as mentioned. A) Once Confirmation Email is sent from the Mark Your Trip, all bookings are processed and payment is done to suppliers further. All vouchers will be shared on the realization of full payment only but on the basis of partial payment as well we book the entire package. Air tickets & hotel vouchers needed for visas will be shared immediately. Other components of the package are also booked within the first 24 hours of the email confirmation but will be shared only post realization of the full payment. Note - Refundable booking means that in case of cancellation refund will be done after certain cancellation charges. Our Service fee on cancellation is 2500 INR Per person. We don’t book services directly with airlines, hotels, Tour operators, or taxi companies thus their individual cancellation policy doesn’t apply. Our Supplier negotiates better prices with service operators in lieu of a strict cancellation policy. 1) Airline cancellation Charges are 14000 INR Per person until & Unless specified. K3 Taxes are nonrefundable in case of a full refund as well. In case of non-operational Or cancellation due to Panadmic like Covid 100 % of the Ticket cost can be refunded in form of a credit shell. Some Air tickets are non refundable, same can be cross-checked with the airline as well. 2) Trains tickets/Bus tickets/Ferry tickets are economy Class and completely non-refundable unless and until specified. 3) For Land Package which includes Hotel, Sightseeing & Transfers below mentioned Cancellation Charges are mentioned Below.
