Pancha Dwaraka Yatra Package

Arrive in Ahmedabad to a warm welcome by Namaste India Trip tour representative who escorts you to the waiting coach that will take you on the 8 hours overnight drive to Dwarka. Check into hotel in the morning.  

Breakfast on typical Saurashtra fare. Set out for a day-long sightseeing tour. First off we visit Dwarkadheesh Temple. Next is Rukmini temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna’s Wife. Then it is a brief visit to Bet Dwarka also known as Shankoddar, an island off the Saurashtra coast. Then visit Ranchodrai temple and the Matsya Avatar Temple followed by the Nageshwar temple, one of the 12 jyotirlingas in India. Day ends. Retire for the night to your comfortable room.  

Morning breakfast over ghee group boards the coach for the 234 km drive to Somnath that will take 4 hours. However, the drive is punctuated by stops at Tara Mandir Planetarium and then stop at Porbandar to visit Kirti Mandir, home of Mahatma Gandhi followed by a visit to the temple of Sudama, Lord Krishna’s friend, and devotee and then take a brief walk along the Chowpatty beach to view the Huzoor Mahal. Board the coach once again for onward drive to Somnath. Check into your hotel room on arrival. Freshen up and set out to Bhalka tirth where, it is said, Lord Krishna was shot in the foot by an arrow. Here the group visits a Sun temple. Then we go to the main attraction-the famed Somnath Temple that was looted several times for its hoards of gold. One of the four char dhams in India, Somnath is the site of one of the 12 jyotirlingas. The evening is reserved for the sound and light show. Return to your room for the night.  

After breakfast, everyone gets on board the coach for the 225 km drive to Rajkot, punctuated by stops at Junagadh and Gondal, all princely cities of Saurashtra. In Junagadh group visits Uparkot Fort, within whose precincts you will find Adi Kadi Vav, a stepwell, the Buddhist Caves and Navghan Kuvo or well. From Junagadh, the coach takes you to Gondal, also a princely city where we visit the Swaminarayan temple. Arrive in Rajkot finally and check into your hotel for the night.  

A typical Kathiawari breakfast over, you board the coach for the drive to Ahmedabad. The first stop on the way is at Lothal, an ancient historic site that was home to a flourishing Harappan civilization about 4500 years ago. View the artifacts in the Museum here and then proceed to Dakor, visited by lakhs of pilgrims traveling by foot to the Shree Ranchhodraiji temple here. Then, finally, arrive in Ahmedabad and check into your hotel for the night. Explore night life of Ahmedabad by visiting Manek Chowk to snack on bhel puri and gol gappa.  

Breakfast over, the group boards the coach for the drive to Ambaji. On the way, there is a stop at Siddhpur, also known as Matru Gaya. Proceed to Ambaji, one of the 51 Shakti peethas in India and have darshan at Ambaji Temple. The heart of Sati Devi is said to have fallen here. Check into a hotel on arrival and retire for the night.  

Breakfast and board the coach to proceed to Mount Abu. On the way we stop at Dilwara to view the magnificently superb Jain temple with their beautiful carvings in Marble. Then, arrive in Abu and stroll to the Nakki Lake for a brief boat ride. Visit Brahma Kumari Ashram and Guru Shikhar before retiring for the night.  

Breakfast and get into the coach for the drive to Nathdwara and Udaipur. On arrival at Nathdwara, we visit the famous Shrinathji temple after which the cash proceeds to Kankroli temple where there is a temple of Lord Krishna. Finally, we arrived at Udaipur. Check into the hotel. Freshen up and set out to explore this city of Lakes. The main attraction is the City Palace along with other palaces alongside Lake Pichola. Next, we visit Jagdish temple built by Maharaj Jagat Singh. After visiting the museum and other attractions, retire to your room and explore Udaipur in the evening on your own.  

Breakfast before we proceed to Ahmedabad. Stop at Gandhinagar, capital of Gujarat to visit Akshardham. Proceed to Ahmedabad and check into a hotel for the night.  

Breakfast over, the tour ends and our tour guide bids you a fond farewell bringing the Pancha Dwarka Gujarat tour to a happy conclusion. You are helped to the airport or railway station.
