6:45 and 7:00 AM, we'll pick you up at your Ho Chi Minh City hotel. It will take you about an hour and a half to get to Cu Chi by bus. Before you go into the tunnels, you will watch a short movie about how they were built and how people in Vietnam managed to live during the war. Then, spend your time visiting the remaining areas and tunnel system. There are special living areas with kitchens and bedrooms, as well as military facilities like weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers, which help the people who live in the tunnels meet their basic needs. A lot of trap doors and dangerous traps are also hidden in the maze-like tunnels to keep people safe during the war. After that, rebels' food during the war, cassava, will be served with a special tea. Break time. Have lunch at local restaurant. Keep going to the city of My Tho. With a boat trip on the Tien River, you will be excited by the light breeze from the river and the natural beauty of four beautiful islands like Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise along the riverbank. On the Mekong Delta tour, you can ride a sampan through a small canal and enjoy the beauty of the countryside. You can also take a short bike ride around a town, which will be an unforgettable experience. Visit the coconut candy workshop and try tasty fruits and honey tea that are in season.
