Any sightseeing /excursion/tour missed due to bad weather condition/ road block/ uncertain calamities no cash will refund/ adjust in manners.
NO refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are nether refundable nor exchangeable.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbance etc to be borne by the client, which is directly payable by cash on spot.
No refund shall be claimed if the services and amenities of hotel were not upto your expectations. It will be considered on case to case basis.
As per local taxi union rules in Sikkim, Darjeeling sector, Vehicle will provide on point to point basis.
 The itinerary flow is subject to change. Rooms are subject to availability. In case the rooms are not available then similar category rooms in similar hotels will be provided.
Flight tickets are subject to availability. In case the tickets are not available for the quote amount then other alternative dates will be recommended.
 We will not be liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of the reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc.
Gangtok local sightseeing parking cost will be borne by client.
Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. Only limited permits are issued by the army before 48 hrs of tour. It is open only on Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER of all guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir. In one vehicle only 8 persons are allowed. In case the permit is available one can opt for the trip with an extra charge which you need to pay on spot.
As per Gangtok (Sikkim) local traffic rules 7.30 AM to 7.30 PM vehicle not allow (No Entry) inside Gangtok city. All transfer will provide from stand to stand. So between stand to hotel and to stand has to take small car by tourist directly on spot, which is very easy available in stand and taxi fare will refund to tourist from hotel.
It is mandatory that guest should carry photo proof identity card such as Voter Id / Passport and passport size photograph. (PAN Card & Aadhar Card are not considered as a valid ID proof)
As permit is mandatory and very limited number of permit are issued per day for visiting Nathula, Guest have to travel by any car whichever is available (like tata spacio/ Jeep/Innova/Xylo/Scorpio /Maxx/Bolero/Sumo) as per permit issued. We cannot give any choice on Vehicle type. This is to inform you that in order to control and send more tourist to Nathula pass, the department of tourism after consulting with travel agents laid down the following rules.

· The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11am to 12. 30 pm only .Guest have to start early from Gangtok. If guest makes delay in starting ex Gangtok we cannot guarantee the visit in spite of having confirm permit.
 Any refund claims on the complementary part of the package shall not be entertained. Package costs are completely dynamic valid for 48 hours from issue date. But you can hold that costs up to 8 days by paying non-refundable INR 3,000. Guests are notifying that booking amount (20% of total land cost) is completely nonrefundable at any cost. We offer maximum sightseeing and facilities in a reasonable package cost. No hidden costs are included in any package costs. But guests may pay additional surcharges during festive seasons i.e. 25th December, New Year, local games etc. Early check in is not possible at all time and it’s vary according to operators. If we arrive early it may possible to cover city tours or orientation tours before check in your hotel. Guest has to pay single supplement cost for accommodation if suitable partner will not available at the time of tour. This is clearly understand that we are not liable for any loss, injury even death of guest during tours. It is notify to all guests that before any activities (i.e. bunji jumping, scuba diving, rope way or cable car riding) please check you physical conditions. We are not liable for any death of guest during tour and the relative of guests will be responsible for insurance claim. We will not take any responsibilities for the same. Before booking any of your tours get cleared about your package cost inclusions and exclusions. We will be provided services only mentioned in Inclusions column ….. no additional services will be provided during tour. If guests like to avail any extra services such as additional sightseeing etc. additional charges should be payable. No additional days/hours will be provided for additional sightseeing. Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra. Given rates are valid only for Indian Nationals, for any other nationality, please speak to our tour experts. We are basically travel, tour and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airlines or any other mode of transport like railways, motor, buses, coaches, etc. We also do not own or control any hotels. There are preset menus for the meals provided on the tours. Packaged meals are served at some of the places. The company reserves the right to delete, change or modify the Rules as and when necessary. As per Govt. Rules, passengers travelling with us are requested to carry ORIGINAL PHOTO IDENTITY CARD with him/her. All guests are requested to contact us for regulation updates before booking.
