3Night and 4Days Munnar

Arrive at Cochin or Coimbatore  Airport, which is the nearest major airport to Munnar. Move to munnar   which is about a 4 to 5-hour drive from Cochin. Check-in at your hotel/resort in Munnar and rest after the journey. In the evening, you can take a leisurely stroll through the local market to experience the charm of the town.

After breakfast, start your sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit the Eravikulam National Park, famous for the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and stunning views of the rolling hills. Next, head to the Mattupetty Dam, offering beautiful boating opportunities amidst the scenic landscape. Visit the Echo Point, where you can hear your voice echo back amidst the hills. Proceed to the Tea Museum to learn about the tea-making process and the history of tea in the region. End the day with a visit to the beautiful Kundala Lake and the Top Station, which offers breathtaking views of the Western Ghats.

After breakfast, consider visiting some nearby attractions. Drive to the picturesque Anamudi Peak, the highest peak in South India, which offers spectacular views of the surrounding valleys. Explore the beautiful Tea Gardens and take a walk amidst the lush green plantations. If you are interested in adventure activities, you can opt for activities like trekking or mountain biking in the surrounding hills. Return to the hotel and spend a relaxing evening, or you can explore more of the local markets.

Check out from the hotel after breakfast and start your journey back to Cochin. If time permits, you can stop by the Cheeyappara Waterfalls or Valara Waterfalls en route to Cochin. Arrive at Cochin International Airport and board your flight back home or to your next destination.
