The Above cancellation Policies & Payment terms are not applicable for Surcharge dates, it will be mentioned on case to case basis.

In Case of Death of Passenger, Death of Parents, wife, children or siblings, Accident, Hospitalization, Surgery.

For the Above cases the Refund policy is will take maximum 60 days, after the management approval. Administration charges will be 25%.
