Info Delhi to Haridwar

Pick up from New Delhi railway station/airport and proceed straight to Haridwar. Lunch at midway. The evening arrives, get check-in into the hotel and take some rest. In the evening get blessed by participating in a live Ganga Aarti at Har ki Pauri. Dinner and overnight stay at Haridwar.

Info Haridwar to Barkot

Morning in Haridwar. Breakfast in the hotel. Follow the picturesque Kempty Falls in Mussoorie directly to Barkot. Midway for a meal. Sign up for the hotel and check-in. Free time to enjoy the evening. At Barkot, you have dinner and spend the night.

Info Barkot - Yamunotri - Barkot

Wake up early, have tea/coffee and proceed to Janki Chatti to explore Yamunotri Dham. Trek for 6 km from Janki Chatti. Full day and meals on your own. Have darshan at Yamunotri temple. Evening returns back to Janki Chatti and boards the vehicle for Barkot. The evening returns back to the hotel and is free for your leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at Barkot.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel this cosy morning. Leave the hotel and travel to Uttarkashi. Explores the well-known Vishwanath Temple en route. Check in at the hotel and then enjoy your free time. Staying the night in Uttarkashi after dinner.

Wake up early, have breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to explore Gangotri Dham. Enjoy the beautiful Harsil Valley, Bhagirathi River, and the most breathtaking vistas of the snow-covered Himalayas while travelling. Return to Uttarkashi after the Gangotri Darshan. Info Guptkashi - Gaurikund - Kedarnath Ji

Wake up early and get refreshed. There are two mediums to reach the Kedarnath temple ie by road and by air. Please find the below details for both mediums. By Road: If you are planning to reach the Kedarnath temple by road then your cab will take you to Sonprayag. In the high season (May/June) there is much rush on this road from Guptkashi to Sonprayag which has a distance of 30 km. Sometimes this distance takes more than 03 hours to reach Sonprayag. So, leaving early from Guptkashi for Sonprayag will be a good idea. From Sonprayag you will need to take local conveyance for Gaurikund, which is 05 km ahead of Sonprayag. Gaurikund is the base camp for the Kedarnath trek. You will do medical and biometric registration here and then proceeds for the trek to Kedarnath. It is a 16 km trek that takes around 5 hours to complete the trek for a normal person. If you wish to skip the trekking, you will also have other options like Dolly/Ponny. By Air: You can also choose to explore Kedarnath by Helicopter services. Helicopter services are time-saving and give you an amazing birds-eye view of the snow-clad Himalayan peaks behind the Kedarnath temple. If you choose to access the Kedarnath temple by Heli services then the cab will take you to Helipad from where you will do all the formalities and will take off for Kedarnath. Once you reach Kedarnath, get check-in at the hotel. Take some rest and explore the surroundings on your own. Having dinner and overnight stay at Kedarnath.

Info KEDARNATH JI - SONPRAYAG - CHOPTA

Wake up early and get refreshed. Shop for necessary pooja items for Kedarnath temple. Have a special pooja at additional charges. After Darshan and pooja, return to the hotel for breakfast. Pack luggage and check out. Trek down/fly down to Sonprayag/Guptkashi. Board a cab and travel straight to Chopta (75 km, approx 4 hours). Have lunch midway. Check-in at camps in the evening. Enjoy a beautiful sunset and bonfires with light music. Have dinner and overnight stay at Chopta.

Proceed to Khirsu en route exploring Joshimath, Nandprayag, Vishnuprayag, Karnprayag, and Rudraprayag. Have lunch midway. Check-in at the hotel in the evening. Important Points about Uttarakhand tour packages that should be known:

A. A/c will not work in the car, on Hilly areas due to atmospheric conditions.
B. In case of any uncertain/unwanted circumstances like bad weather or landslide etc. The company will reschedule the itinerary accordingly. But, in that case, the guest has to pay for extra expenses like food, accommodation, car rental for extra days or anything which is already booked/ arranged by the company.
C. The company is not responsible, if there will be any kind of sudden maintenance problems such as electricity or water or any other inside the Hotel Premises, the company will try to resolve the problem with the help of the hotel owner and staff.
D. Extra expenses other than the planned itinerary will be bear by the client on their own. Such as medical-related problems, an extra meal in between journey or whatever is not mentioned in the itinerary, Hotels other than book one.
E. All extras (F&B and any other services) availed by the customer will be on direct payment basis

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 7 days prior to date of travel.

The remaining amount needs to be paid 7 days before the date of travel.

* Cancellation Policy

If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
