ØCheck In / checkout time at all the properties would at 

12:00 hrs (Noon). 

ØClients staying on meal plan Map (Breakfast & Dinner) 

fined menu / buffet will be provided. There will not be 

choice of menu. 

ØThe package prices are subject to change in case of any 

revision in the hotel accommodation in the tariffs/any 

hike in the transport cost (including fuel hike) or in case 

of any addition tax levied by government of state Jammu 

& Kashmir.  

Gulmarg:-

Please note that gulmarg is an EOO Fragile Zone and as such running of our 

vechile is not permissible there due to govtt restrictions, however you may like to walk 

 around or use ponies / sledges for visiting gondola OR A club house. 

  Pahalgam: -

 Please note that in Pahalgam, your attached vechile can only be visited by 

you make to around of the local Bazaar from your hotel to & fro for as many times as you 

wish. However, Visiting Aru, Chandanwari and beetabvalley you will  have to hire a local 

taxi on your own with the help of your Driver OR Hotel Manager OR in case same is 

included in your program, Vechile will be provided by us thru your attached driver, 

Specially for visit to the Sightseeing places & local vechile will be provided on trip wise 

basis with a maximum haltage of 50 minutes at Aru Beetab Valley and chandanwari and 

should you stay for more than 50 minutes, extra hours will be charged by the driver and 

same should be paid directly to them.  

 Sonmarg :-

 Please note for local sightseeing around Sonmarg such as visit to Thajwas 

OR Zero Point, Please do not include same in our packages as they charge exor bitant rates 

not controlled by the GOVTT Visit to Thajwas Glacier but please avoid going to zero point 

as it is total wastage of money. For Thajwas the prices also, negotiate the prices at least 

upto 30-40% and that too on your own. For hiring Ponies OR Jackets & Shoes etc. At 

Sonmarg please prices before taking services, fix the prices after negotiations. 

Cancellation policy

·         General Cancellation Charge before Cancellation Period:     Rs. 2000/- (File processing)

.        30 to 20 days of arrival:       40% of the total package amount.

·         10 – 07 days of arrival:        50% of the total package amount.

·         07 – 03 Days of arrival:       75% of the total package amount.

·         Within 03 days of arrival:    NO REFUND.
