The vehicle for sightseeing is available on an itinerary basis only, and will not be on disposal. Usage of the swimming pool at any accommodation is strictly according to government guidelines. Pick up and drop is between a fixed time window. Any delay due to personal or unforeseen circumstances including flight reschedules will incur an extra cost and has to be communicated at the earliest. Sightseeing missed due to delayed flight/train/bus is non-refundable. ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof. All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. Any breakage or damage of any items will be charged at actuals. Ferry services are subjected to weather condition. Class of ferry and timings is subjected to availability at the time of confirmation only. Sailing of Pvt. Cruise (Makruzz/Green Ocean/ Coastal Cruise) is subject to availability if not operated/available travellers will be booked through Govt. Ferry. In case the customer misses out on a scheduled pickup/drop due to delay from their end, the charges involved to get a different means of transport may not be refunded. All hotels rooms will be standard by default unless the customer specifies to receive a different category of rooms before booking. Foreign nationals should obtain the required permit from the immigration authorities soon after landing on the island at Airport/Harbour The execution of the  trip is solely the responsibility of the tour operator assigned. Rooms will be confirmed only after confirmation of tour package i.e when 50% of the payment is made to Liwana and it is still subject to availability at the time of 50% payment. In case of unavailability at the mentioned Hotels/Guest House guests can be accommodated at a property of a similar standard. If in case any traveller wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveller. Neither the operator nor  Liwana will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.

Payment Term Policy 25.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid at the time of booking, rest 7 days prior to date of travel

Cancellation Policy If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
