·  We will start processing your booking after the initial payment till then we are not holding any services and cannot guarantee the availability of services.

·  We need atleast 72 working hours to confirm all your services , if due to unavailability we are fail to provide you the proposed services then we  will advise you the best alternate option or you can take a refund.

· Kindly note once alternate option taken , after that If you want to cancel the booking . Cancellation charges will be applied . 

· Passport copies (Front page , last page and observation page (if any ))along with pan card of all traveler as per the new guideline you have to· provide along with initial payment .

· The booking could not be processed without the name or passport copies you are providing and booking process got delayed .

Note:- If you are providing the names as per the passport only and in case at the time of passport received the names are different then the traveler bear the cost if anything would come .  We will remind you about your package before your travel so don’t need to worry .

Flight Cancellation Policy:

As per the flight , will be shared as per the requirement after checking with Airline .

Land Part Cancellation Policy:

 Clear 30 to 25 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. - 50% OF THE TOUR PRICE

Clear 30 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. - 100% OF THE TOUR PRICE

If some Hotel Mentioned NON REFUNDABLE then there will be no refund for the same.

 FLYAWAY TRIPS Cancellation Charges (In case of Cancel)

1. INR 5000/- per Adult / Child

Visa:-

 Non Refundable and Non Changeable

Note: Fly Away trips is not responsible for any visa rejection, visa delay etc as it is all subject to embassy jurisdiction.

 Please provide all the documents required for visa on time. If You fail to provide on time FLYAWAY TRIPS will not be responsible.

Most Important Note:

Kindly transfer all your payments as per the schedule mentioned in the invoice or inform us if you fail to do so.

Our system is so advanced that the booking will automatically get released if no update from your side. Re-Booking charges (INR 2500 per adult /per child) may apply and will be as per the company policy.

If you still wants to cancel your booking then cancellation charges will apply as mentioned above for the respective issued services along Fly Away Trips cancellation charges .

 In case of Any Natural Calamities:-

If something natural disaster will happen like Cyclone, Earthquake etc ,then “FLYAWAY TRIPS”” will help you out , if any expenses occur then Traveller have to bear the same.

FLYAWAY TRIPS is not responsible for the same.

·  There is no refund for unutilized or partially utilized services

.·  Check In time for all hotels is 1500 hrs (3 pm) and check out time is 1100 hrs (11 am).

·  Early Check In and Late Checkout are not included in the costs above. 

·No Refund for Cancellation after issuance of air tickets and as per hotel's cancellation policies. For hotels where cancellation policy is not mentioned it means 100
