We booked a trip to GOA through VSP Travels and it was the best decision we made. Everything was as per our customized itinerary and they helped tweak it to perfection. The agent was extremely professional and answered all are questions and helped us with the right places to visit. Hotels were clean n hygenic and they even cooked food according to our preference at one place. Would highly recommend ppl to plan their vacation with VSP Travels .

Fraud travel agent!!!

Recently booked a trip with him and one of his advisors Mr Pawan started asking for a commission in addition to the tour cost saying that its part of the industry to give the travel advisor a tip. And the tip amount requested was INR 10,000. When I complained to his senior, Mr. Tarvinder Khanna - he said ignore his request but he continued to serve us.

Next they charged TCS from me and never gave me any receipt for the same and never deposited it either. Its been 8 months now and he has stopped taking my calls. And I am yet to get my refund.

They ask their staff or ask for fake reviews to show their 5 star service but the reality is so different.
