Their services  & promises are such a waste of time and money
The lady Ms.Ishita calling herself the owner is totally a fraud .
As a travel agent booking the entire hotel for me and laterally told that the rooms are sold out.
Worst people and only doing fraud

Overall Experience: Good

What I liked: Tripsark found me a great deal on flights to Bali. The hotels they booked were clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast buffets were a nice perk.

Areas for Improvement: The communication with my travel consultant wasn't always smooth. There were a few times when I emailed with questions and it took them a few days to respond.  Also, some of the tours they included in the itinerary felt a little generic. I would have liked more options for off-the-beaten-path experiences.

Recommendation:  I might recommend Tripsark to someone looking for a basic, affordable vacation package. However, if you're looking for a more personalized experience with unique activities, you might want to consider another agency.
