Never book your Trip with Tripmad, it's a Scam. Once you pay your money then you have to follow the itinerary which they have prepared for you but not what you have chosen. They actually wasted our 1 day in Phuket. After reaching the hotel they informed us that no city tour will be provided for that day and we can actually relax for the day and if we want we can explore the city by ourselves. Instead of providing a double bed category room, twin beds were provided and no lift facility was there in the Hotel. I was told no National Park free would be charged for 4 island tours, but it came as a surprise for us and we ended up paying the NPF as well, which was 200 Thai baht per person.

Anyone going to Thailand Tripmad is the best choice! I mean the service is fantastic went with my friends. The driver was so helpful, The beautiful place (koh samui )we went with the tour guide which was appointed for us was very good and funny too. I want to plan my trip again soon with my family.🍻
