I had planned a trip to Bali with Trek hops, it was good, initially i doubted I have bit concern with Trek hopes , but they made it possible without any hiccups, all the arrangements have been made very good. And special thanks to Sachin, whohas helped us in customizing the itinerary with our own choices and he was helpful throughout the trip, accomodation also good,  we have made our choices in selecting hotels and schedule activities as per our own comfort, they prepared in the same way.

And the ground team also very nice, they were very helpful, in some places we were late and not able to cover schedule, still they are tried to match with whatever possible way to make sure what is committed, i appreciate that

And Overall trip was Cool and refreshing, i definitely plan my next trip with Trek hopes, and i will suggest this, if anyone planning for a cool trip.

Vietnam trip was long due and the trip with family and friends was a good break from routine stuff for all of us. Glad we finalized TrekHops as our tour operator who were very patient and available to answer all our queries when required. Special mention to Gokul from Sales team, who gave us the best iterneray with accomodation of our choice and schedule comfortable to all. Special thanks to Simon, our local contact in Vietnam who made sure to arrange the guides and vehicles as required. Accomodation at Hanoi, Ha Long Bay and Da Nang were the best of the trip. Accomodation in HCMC was okay, but not a good place for family as it's close to airport and away from city centre. Breakfast is big letdown with ala carte menu with very limited options for vegetarians. It was real bad when they had no butter for toast. Special mention to our guide Mr. Mau in Hanoi who was very passionate about sharing the history of Vietnam and very clear in communication. Guide for Nin Binh Mr. Lee was good and kept all of us engaged with history of the place, teaching us few basic Vietnamese words for daily use during our stay. Guide for Ba Na Hills was average and need to stop taking visitors to resting places which is waste of time. Guide for HCMC Mr.Tomy was good and special thanks to him for taking us a very nice place for lunch to try out Pho.

Overall trip was exciting and refreshing. Even though we had concerns going with TrekHops for the first time, they managed the whole trip professionally and kept us updated consistently if any changes in advance. Kudos to whole TrekHops team and will definitely consider them for future trips.

Entire arrangements were very nice. Hotel Royal Falcon provided for our accommodation was simply entertaining and very comfortable. All vehicles attended in time and we faced absolutely no trouble. Hotel breakfast will be remembered for ever for the manu as well as delicious food. On the the whole the travel through Trekhops was really wonderful. Thanks to the Organisation for taking all care of us for the package program. Especially, the role of Mr Sujeet,Mr Ayush and Mr Saurabh from the the beginning of negotiations upto the end of our travel was very much commendable.I will certainly recommend others to rely fully on this organisation i.e.Trekhops.

We travelled to Singapore with family from 24th feb;2024 till 29th feb'2024. Initially we had apprehensions about how we were going to go through this foreign tour, Trekhops made excellent arrangements, perfect timings and friendly captains.  all good.  keep your good work.
