I strongly advise against considering this traveler for your journey. It's essential to steer clear of them. Shrawan, the person behind this service, appears disinterested in addressing customer issues and often fails to respond promptly when needed. The whole experience can be described as a financial drain with little to no regard for customer satisfaction.

My personal experience was nothing short of dreadful. I cannot emphasize enough how untrustworthy this service is. They never answer your calls, and if by some miracle they do, don't expect your booked cab to arrive on time. They exhibit a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. My own experience involved traveling with a child, and it was nothing short of a nightmare.

Additionally, I have serious doubts about the authenticity of their positive reviews. There seems to be some form of deception or manipulation in their ratings. Please exercise caution and consider other options for your travel needs.

We had a great experience and great hospitality at the hotels which were arranged. And the tour guide Haripal Singh has taken care of all our requirements with lot of patience and was available whenever we need any help. Thank you so much.

One option is to search for local taxi services, which often offer competitive rates and provide a more personalized experience. Alternatively, you can explore tour agencies that have been officially authorized by the Sikkim government. The Sikkim Tourism website provides a list of such authorized agencies, ensuring that you deal with reputable and reliable travel partners.

By choosing authorized travel agencies or local taxi services, you can have peace of mind, knowing that your travel arrangements are in the hands of trustworthy professionals.
