I wanted to thank you for organising such an incredible trip to Vietnam for us. From start to finish, it was absolute delight! I must commend your team for their exceptional support throughout the journey. Choosing selective destinations turned out to be great decision. Being a vegetarian, we were bit concerned about food options. However, we’re happy to inform that we had a wonderful experience with the vegetarian food options available. Each vegetarian restaurant served us delicious food. Some amazing places photos I have attached here.

I planned a trip to Kerala with help of Raisoone Travels and I had best of experiences that i could have asked for.
The driver assigned for the trip was well spoken and humble. Condition of the car was good. While i was travelling with an infant, Driver assisted us on tourist spots. He suggested us places to visit and was readily available.
Most of the Hotels chosen were nice and clean. Overall a well executed plan.

We recently embarked on a trip organized by Raisoone Travel, with Dolly as our helpful assistant, exploring the picturesque destinations of Alleppey and Munnar. Here's our feedback on our experience:

Alleppey:
- Our houseboat experience aboard the Sreekrishna Houseboat was delightful. The boat was well-maintained, offering us a comfortable and serene journey along the backwaters.
- The food served on the houseboat was delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of our cruise.

Munnar:
- Our stay at the Glenmore Resort provided us with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The scenery was breathtaking, enhancing our Munnar experience.
- However, we found that the rooms at the resort could have been improved to provide a more comfortable and modern stay.
- Additionally, while the breakfast provided at the resort was satisfactory, we felt that there could have been a wider variety of options available.

We appreciated the friendly and helpful demeanor of our driver throughout the trip. Their assistance contributed significantly to our enjoyment and comfort during our travels.

Overall, our journey through Alleppey and Munnar was filled with memorable experiences, from cruising the backwaters to admiring the scenic beauty of Munnar. While there were some areas for improvement, such as room quality and breakfast options, the overall trip was enjoyable and well-organized.
