I'd like to share my recent experience with a hotel stay booked through MakeMyTrip. I reserved the hotel for a three-day stay, but upon arrival, we encountered numerous issues. The shower wasn't working, the toilet seat was broken, there was no tissue paper, no WiFi, and the water in the toilet was dirty. Additionally, there was no reception or telephone in the room to contact room service.

We contacted MakeMyTrip four times, but they refused to refund our money for the two days we didn't want to stay there. They also abruptly ended our calls, which was very disappointing.

I believe MakeMyTrip is responsible for the refund since we booked through their platform, and they should ensure the quality of properties listed on their website. This experience was extremely frustrating, and the response from the MakeMyTrip team was unacceptable.

Plz don’t book from MMT ., my 7000 cut and they show refunded., did not get any refund as well tried 100 number but unable to talk any agent from MMT

Never ever make ur package or any trip with Make my trip ... worst ... my 70 yrs father faced the mental & physical stress due to them.  They are not taking any responsibility... if u will book any trip or any vehicle through them ...by Chance u get stucked anywhere due to them , they will say this is not their responsibility.. so plz guys don't book any trip with them

I think since the time I began to get my trips arranged by Make My Trip.. life has become so easy. The warmth, care and hospitality MMT shows according to me is the best in town. Like a layman I tell them what I need and with their magical wand my whims and fancies are converted into reality ... keep up the good work. I just want to say Thank you.

we hv booked 5 trips till now from MMT... my experience has been awsmm.... the personnel are very professional and cooperative and hv immense knowledge of the industry. They really guide you well and help u to give a memorable experience. Special thanx to Gunjan Mirpuri of lko office and kamal who have really helped me n guided me in all my trips so far. Thnx MMT.
