For our Kashmir trip, We did a lot of research between MakeMyTrip and some local tour operators and also thought of planning completely by our own. But after a friend's suggestion, i got this number from Snober under Hayaan holidays. As soon as we got the quote, we had no second thought. We just went with it, although gone through multiple discussions regarding itinerary and hotel options and finalized the best that suits us. Really thankful to Snober for being patient through all of this. Particularly the price we get for the hotels is unmatchable compared to what we get from other apps, and that stays includes dinner as well which made our plan much easier. We had some doubts about car quality and driver decency, but the one that was allotted to us was just too good and comfortable and the driver Mr.Younis Khan was no way less than a corporate driver in Bangalore(infact much better than many of them) He is way too professional, welcoming and courteous. Honestly can't forget any of their hospitality ! All of the hotels that were allotted to us are really good and the food served there is amazing. We had some issues while staying in Hotel Milan though as the rooms didn't appear to be the ones that were supposed to be given to us, however Snober (Sumaya Jan) totally sorted out that issues and was very quick in responding even at 10 PM at night. I wonder whether even make mytrip would respond to us that quickly. She is truly an amazing tour agent.
I totally felt this team is doing a great job and i and going to direct many of my friends and relatives to Snober from Hayaan Holidays.
Lastly a small thing i would suggest to tour goers is try to stay in Gulmarg for one night based on your visit time and schedule, it just adds more fun to your trip!

Haayan holiday provided good package to visit Kashmir at minimum price and good facility. Miss Mehak co-ordinated us cordially and she was continuously in touch with us during the visiting period of Kashmir and cooperated us all times.
