I recently booked a Kerala tour package through Fiestro Holidays, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the destination was beautiful, the service provided by Fiestro Holidays, particularly regarding the driver, was a major letdown.

1.	Unprofessional Driver: The driver seemed more interested in earning commissions than providing a quality experience. He often abandoned us, claiming certain attractions were closed or inaccessible, which was not true. It felt like we missed out on important sightseeing spots because of his excuses.
2.	Lack of Support from Fiestro Holidays (Agent: Manish Khatri): After making full payment, we found that Fiestro Holidays was unresponsive to our complaints. Manish Khatri, the agent handling our package, was particularly unhelpful. When we reported the issues with the driver, his attitude became rude and dismissive. He showed no concern for customer satisfaction and refused to offer any solution, saying that the driver provided was the only option available.
3.	Poor Coordination and Misleading Information: The driver often misled us, saying certain places were closed or unreachable. This caused us to miss key attractions, adding to the frustration of an already unpleasant trip.

Final Recommendation: Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against booking a Kerala package through Fiestro Holidays. Their lack of professionalism and accountability, coupled with rude behavior once payment was made, makes it a risky choice. If you want a hassle-free and enjoyable Kerala trip, consider booking through a more reliable operator.

My experience with Fiestro Holidays on the Colorful Rajasthan tour was truly exceptional. From the moment I booked the tour until the end of the trip, everything was meticulously planned and executed. This is our first trip as group of Mom and kids, everything was very well managed. From the time we landed in Andaman there were coordinators guiding us and taking care of us everywhere. Mr. Sanjay had been in touch with us back to back knowing our comforts and adjusted everything to our needs, we had very unforgettable,  enjoyable,  and convenient trip. This is my second trip with Fiestro. They make itinerary very well balanced and they set everything to our budget.

I recently had the pleasure of going on a trip to the Maldives with Fiestro Holidays in March, and I have to say that it was truly amazing. From start to finish, everything was taken care of and exceeded my expectations.

The accommodations were top-notch, with beautiful rooms and breathtaking views of the crystal-clear water. The resort was impeccably maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

One of the highlights of the trip was the variety of activities that were available. From snorkeling to kayaking to jet skiing, there was something for everyone. The coral reefs were simply stunning, and the marine life was absolutely incredible. We even had the chance to swim with some sea turtles, which was an unforgettable experience.

The food was also exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes available at every meal. The chefs clearly put a lot of effort into preparing each meal, and it showed in the taste and presentation.

Overall, my trip to the Maldives with Fiestro Holidays was an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail and level of service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation.
