My Tour agent Sheetal was highly professional and extra caring. I planned a 10 days tour for Sikkim and Darjeeling. She took care of all our needs from the start till we reached our home. It was very good experience with Exotic Yatra. Every plan was pre organized and *Ms. Usha Barman* who was our main tour operator was all the time in touch with and assisted us whenever required. We had 7 days visit to Sikkim and Darjeeling. Right after we reached Bagdogra Airport until we landed back to our home, Ms. Usha was there to give a handful support to us.

My experience was great but with the hotel I got was not so good when I ordered food it arrived after 3 hours.The room was good and the view was great but the room was smelly but overall The whole trip was great
