We had wonderful experience on Rameswaram, Kanyakumari and Thiruvananatpuram trip with excellent global trip. Hotels were very good along with their location (Near to main points) that too during heavy rush at all places. Special Thanks to Payal sharma who used to take daily review on the trip, which shows her commitment towards work. Cab and driver was also good. Trip was planned as per our
convenience. Overall it was an amazing family trip and value for money. Excellent Global trip, please keep doing such excellent work.

My recent trip to Darjeeling, Lachung, and Gangtok booked through excellent trips was a major disappointment. The hotels provided were substandard with unclean rooms and unpleasant odors. The website falsely advertised 24/7 car availability, forcing us to incur unexpected and significant costs for separate car bookings. Furthermore, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive of our concerns. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with excellent trips I would strongly advise against booking travel through them.

Disappointed with the Service – Not Recommended!

I recently booked a Shimla, Manali, and Amritsar package, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The travel agency made several false promises during booking and failed to deliver on their commitments.

1. Hotel Misrepresentation – They assured me that the Shimla hotel would be 5-6 km from Mall Road, but instead, they booked a hotel 20 km away in Naldhera. The hotel was far from the main attractions and of very poor quality, much cheaper than what was promised.

2. Lack of Customer Support – The sales representative was completely unresponsive throughout the trip. Calls and messages were ignored, and there was no support when issues arose. They only cared about collecting money but not about customer satisfaction.

3. Poor Food Quality in Manali – The hotel in Manali served food that was barely edible, making the stay uncomfortable.

4. False Location Listings – Some hotels provided in the package were difficult to locate on Google Maps, which raises concerns about their legitimacy.

The only positive aspect was the driver, who was professional and courteous. However, given the poor service, misleading promises, and lack of support, I would strongly advise against booking with this agency. Once they get your payment, they stop caring about your experience. Be cautious and verify everything before booking!

Fraud.  Fraud.   The "Excellent Global Trip" is a fraud . I request all to not book any trip with this agent.
We have booked a package tour for Assam and Arunachal Pradesh from "Excellent Global Trip , Ghaziabad from 22.05.2024 to 29.05.2024 from Guwahati to Guwahati in the name of Mr. B. K. Das.

In the same tour , the agent(the rooms were not booked by ourselves , the booking was a part of our package) booked a hotel named "Angel Hotel "in Tezpur ,Assam (Rooms with breakfast and dinner) , but at departure time , the hotel staff alongwith their Manager misbehaved ourselves and closed the hotel main gate and demanded dinner and breakfast charges and after so many arguments with them , we were forced to pay Rs.16000/- and after getting payment, they opened the main gate and allowed us to go .
The booking was done by the agent and the agent has not paid the dinner and breakfast charges to the hotel .
It was the responsibility of the hotel that at the time of booking rooms , they must check and confirm the payment mode from the booking personal, but unfortunately they misbehaved us and forced us to pay the dues ( The amount was already paid by us to the agent in advance).
