I got directly call from EMEC Holidays for Kashmir trip & I accepted & very much obelized with there services.

1. One of the unprofessional travel agents calls EMEC holidays.
2. The owner of EMEC holidays Mr. Ibrahim Shafi Wani's behaviour is too rude, he doesn't know how to interact with customers.
3. Every day we need to follow up with hotel booking, car arrangements etc rather we get confirmation from them when we release advance.
4. Lack of communication gaps between hotel management, car driver with this EMEC agent, resulting in the loss of our precious time during our vacation.
5. The drivers are so rude every time and during our entire stay both the drivers continue using their Mobile phone during our ride which is so risky and irritating.

Request please do not suggest such kind of agent (EMEC holidays) for any customers in future.

Overall hotel and transportation arrangements were outstanding and our MBP package included breakfast and dinner. We have no complaints regarding food and wherever we stayed we got home-like food. The agency took such good care of us that we did not feel that we had come somewhere outside. They helped us whenever we needed help and they set our entire program even before we asked for it and all the places worth visiting were already decided for us.
The drivers on both the routes were very nice and supportive. They treated us like a family member and helped us wherever we needed their help.
For all of you who want to tour Kashmir and Ladakh, I would recommend this travel agency. You should also avail their services and enjoy with your family as much as we did.

Our 24/7 guide Mr. Altaf Dar was very generous and honest.... Perfect and excellent driving skills... I give him 10/10 points...

Pahalgam stay and sightseeing was too good... 9/10 points

But our 4 night stay in hotel Home in Paradise Srinagar was not that good as the food was pathetic.. they even charged us Rs. 150/ for a glass which by mistake got broken by my daughter.... the staf was good... 5/10 points

But Altaf Dar used to make our journey and day lively with his soft spoken language and helping us throughout...

House boat was also good... It was just renovated 2 months back...

Altogether the trip was excellent 👍
