We planned Himachal trip with cover the world recently. Its been a pathetic service one could imagine. They don't have their team and car facilities. It was a tie up with sparkling holidays who arranged car/ driver and planning for our trip. Driver was very rude and was not at all willing to guide us. Cover the world person Mr. Aniket was least bother about the complaints which we were giving him timely. Hotels which we selected prior was not having our room ready and kept us waiting after a long hours travelling.
