Very bad arrangment 
Hotel grand silk route was very bad 
The agent didn't talk properly and was accusing us only for selective the hotel out of the 2 options they gave 
Had to pay extra in everything 

Such a pathetic experience
They will not take any responsibility for anything happens during your trip
Hotel ka option khud denge 2 aur bolenge ki hotel  kharab hai to iske ham kya kare hotel se bat kariye
Donot know how to talk to there customers

Experince of trip is very good. Rimi thanks for best Itenary of memorable trip . I will recomand to my friends .
