Israel has welcomed the first post covid group of tourists since the pandemic outbreak as part of the gradual reopening process for the vaccinated visitors.
The British group, flying to Israel with British Airways, consists of 30 people and will be in Israel for around 10 days, visiting famous spots like Jerusalem, Nazareth, Sea of Galilee, The Dead Sea, Jaffa and more.
As they arrived, they were greeted by the Israel Ministry of Tourism representatives, who escorted them through the immigration formalities the PCR tests set up by the Israeli law as well.
Due to the successful vaccination programme with around 85% of the population vaccinated, Israel is looking forward to allowing entry for the individual vaccinated travellers following July 1st.
